I bought tickets to see I Prevail because they had an early bird special and only paid like $40 per ticket. The problem is that the day they were playing here, which by the way was at Red Rocks, was the same day I was flying back from the Epicenter Festival. My flight was scheduled to get me back into Denver at 5pm which gave me two hours before the show started to get to the venue. However, due to weather issues, my flight was delayed over two hours and I didn’t get in until just after 7 pm. After getting my luggage, I raced to Red Rocks, as we were walking in, I Prevail was playing their first song. Even though I had missed all the opening bands and part of the first song, we found a really good spot off to the side, pretty close to the stage. I had seen I Prevail, once, before I knew any songs by them, when they played the High Elevation Festival a couple years ago. After seeing them back then, I started to listen to their music, so this time I was much more familiar with their songs. This was also only the second time I had ever seen a concert at Red Rocks. This is such an amazing venue and I Prevail put on a great set! I would certainly see these guys again if they came back around!
